Solutions on the Spot was formed in 2001 to provide business solutions to the small and medium–sized business market. We strive to have the best resources for our clients; our goal is to offer timely answers to the pressing needs of businesses and their employees.

Although the range of expertise represented by our team of professionals is quite broad, we find that most of our time is devoted to raising awareness of new federal laws, and updates to existing laws, designed to prevent identity theft from starting or occuring in the workplace. FACTA, Gramm–Leach–Bliley, HIPAA, and the “Red Flag Rules” all need to be addressed by practically every business in the country; we feel we provide the most complete solution, including protection for businesses and their employees, as well vendor–management on the important issue of protecting private data.
